None of the four entrances to Crescent Commons Shopping Center
offers good access to pedestrians. A hotel, numerous office
buildings, and high-density residential developments neighbor this
site.

connect with the parking lot or storefronts.

for pedestrians to squeeze between these boulders and vehicles
entering at speed from Tryon Road.

intersection, which has no crosswalk lights or painted crossing
lines. Would-be pedestrians must cross a minimum of five lanes of
traffic.
